Grape Agate is a recently discovered mineral. Despite its common name, it consists of Botryoidal Purple Chalcedony Manakarra, a native stone from Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. This Botryoidal Chalcedony forms clusters resembling grape bunches. The term Manakarra refers to the region in Western Sulawesi where it is found. Also known as Grape Agate, it displays hues of purple, blue, and green.
