100-66 Million Years old, Upper Cretaceous, Maastrichtian Epoch.
Tylosaurus is a genus of formidable marine reptiles classified as mosasaurs that inhabited the Late Cretaceous epoch, roughly 85 to 65 million years ago. Esteemed as apex predators, they rank among the most massive mosasaurs discovered. Though their fossils have been unearthed across continents such as North America, Europe, and Australia, no evidence indicates that Tylosaurus specifically resided in Morocco.

Please be aware of the nature of fossils:
Being buried under the ground for millions of years under immense pressure often results in fossils that are not perfect. Few fossils emerge completely intact; most require some restoration. Some are also modified by humans to improve their appearance. Moroccan workers do a highly professional job of excavating and conserving these natural treasures, though natural surface cracks are often visible. These cracks are part of the fossil's natural charm and are not faults.
