Size: 5 meters in length.

Pachycephalosaurus is a genus of extinct pachycephalosaurid dinosaurs that inhabited North America during the late Cretaceous period, around 68 to 65 million years ago. It reached lengths of up to 5 meters (16 feet) and weighed between 370 and 450 kilograms. This bipedal dinosaur had powerful hind limbs and smaller forelimbs. Its most notable feature is the thick, bony dome on its skull, measuring up to 25 cm (10 inches), which protects its small brain. The short skull included large, forward-facing eye sockets, indicating strong eyesight and binocular vision. It likely had a short, sturdy neck, a robust body, long legs, and a heavy tail reinforced by ossified tendons, making it the largest known dome-headed dinosaur.
