This is a Chalcanthite mineral created in the lab by Sokolowski Minerals of Poland.

Chalcanthite is a sulfate mineral that forms crystals of beautiful blue color. This color is a result of copper in the mineral's composition. Chalcanthite forms inside copper mines but can also be grown under lab conditions, too. It is used in agriculture, for example, to protect grapevines from some fungi.
