Name: Carcharodontosaurus
Type: Carnivore
Size: 12 meters in length.
Carcharodontosaurus was a large theropod dinosaur that lived during the Cenomanian stage of the Late Cretaceous period in Northern Africa. Among the largest members of the Carcharadontosaurid family, it reached about 12 meters in length, stood roughly 3.5 meters tall at the hips, and weighed approximately 7 tonnes. While its arms were relatively short, they were still longer and stronger than those of T. rex, each equipped with three claws. This dinosaur had a large skull housing over 60 sharp, blade-like teeth, each around 20 cm long, adapted for slicing through the flesh of prey such as juvenile sauropods and ornithopods.
