This is a real Gastrolith.

Gastrolith stones found in the Cloverly Formation are actually Polished stomach stones from large dinosaurs!  They are very beautiful and come from Sauropod Dinosaurs like Titanosaurs.  They are also called Gastroliths. Found only in a few locations in Southern Montana. 

Geologists often need more than a few points of evidence to conclude that a dinosaur used a rock to facilitate digestion. Stones that differ from surrounding rocks, that are rounded and polished, and that have been found with dinosaur bones are usually accepted as true gastroliths. Stones found without a context, however, may simply have been smoothed by natural elements like water or wind.
