This is a real Gastrolith.

Gastrolith stones found in the Cloverly Formation are actually Polished stomach stones from large dinosaurs!  They are very beautiful and come from Sauropod Dinosaurs like Titanosaurs.  They are also called Gastroliths. Found only in a few locations in Southern Montana. 

Geologists typically require multiple pieces of evidence to validate a dinosaur's use of a gastrolith. Evidence includes stones that are distinct from other rocks, polished and rounded, and located with other dinosaur fossils. However, stones found without a context could have simply experienced erosion by natural elements such as water or wind.
